Versatility and consistency makes it a core specialty coffee for roasters small and large alike. The nose of Monte Cristo is sweet with hints of milk chocolate when lightly roasted and semisweet with a darker roast. Chocolate infused stone fruits, combined with a medium body and clean silky finish are a delight to the palate. This coffee is an excellent blending base for espresso drinks.
